Technical
information
Pretreatment
Dipping process, customized for aluminum, the following steps are carried out:
- degreasing at 60 degrees Alficlean, 10 minutes
- stain/candoets, pH 12-14, 2 minutes
- de-oxidation, pH 1.10 minutes
- e-clps, pH 3.1 minute
- drying in hot air, 80 degrees, 15 minutes
- rinsing in water between all the above steps
Painting
Polyester powder coating is applied with electrostatic gun, all RAL color codes.
Burn-in at 200 degrees.
